About us

Dean and Dad
Dean Hallo grew up East working for his father in construction. In 1991, he moved to Los Angeles where he obtained his contractor’s license and started Dean Hallo General Contractor Inc.
He maintains a tight schedule overseeing the work of his crew, subcontractors and others involved with the project. His ability to relate well with others plays an important part for success in completing projects on time.  He pays meticulous attention to detail and to each stage of construction. This guarantees the Building Department’s inspection process proceeds smoothly and a high standard of excellence is maintained throughout the construction process.
Dean believes that building within the homeowner’s budget minimized the stress level and he will let you know upfront if the budget can’t get the job done. He works fast and in close communication with the homeowner to ensure no time or money is wasted.  Dean loves construction, cares about the customer and like his father believes, “If you can’t do it right, don’t do it!”

Dean Hallo loves building homes and pours his heart into every project, no matter how big or small the project. With years of experience in construction, employing construction staff properly on payroll and having established relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, the project is always completed safely and on schedule.
Dean builds new residential homes, renovates existing homes and adds new additions to any existing structure. He enjoys working with architects that allow him to bring his creative abilities to each project and always says, “The house will tell you where it wants to go, all you have to do is listen”.
